Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to purchases of products and accessories by consumers (hereinafter "you" or "Customer") through the CalmiPod website at www.calmipod.com. Please read them before placing an order.

  1. Who we are
    The online store CalmiPod is run by:

  2. Product information
    We offer products and accessories as described on the Website. Availability may vary. If a product is out of stock after your order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
  3. Order process
    To place an order, select a product, add it to your cart, and confirm checkout. By clicking "Place Order" you make a binding purchase offer. You will receive confirmation by e-mail. The sales contract is concluded when we ship the products or send an explicit acceptance notice.
  4. Pricing & Payment
    Prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and Euro (EUR), including VAT where applicable.

    Available payment methods:
    • Przelewy24 (fast online transfer, PLN only)
    • Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
    • BLIK (PLN only)
    • PayPal (PLN and EUR)
    • Google Pay
    • Klarna (where available)
    • Standard bank transfer (PLN and EUR)

    Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders that remain unpaid after 3 business days may be automatically cancelled.

    For international customers: payments may be processed in EUR. Currency conversion and any additional fees (e.g., charged by your bank or card provider) are the responsibility of the Customer.

    A payment confirmation and receipt will be provided by email after successful processing.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmed payment.

    Estimated delivery times:
    • Poland: 3–5 business days after dispatch
    • International orders: 7–10 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and carrier)

    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and complete. CalmiPod is not responsible for delays or costs arising from:
    • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses,
    • customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions,
    • failure to collect parcels within the carrier’s deadline.
  6. Personal collection
    Orders can also be collected in person at:
    Cynamonowa 5, 76-200 Siemianice, Poland. Bring your order confirmation when collecting.
  7. Order cancellation
    We may cancel your order before shipment in case of stock shortages or payment issues, and issue a full refund. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled unless you use your legal right of withdrawal.
  8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
    As a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 30 days without giving a reason.

    Step-by-step return process:
    1. Email us at info@calmipod.com to notify us of withdrawal (you can use the form below).
    2. Pack the product securely. Ensure it includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging (if possible).
    3. Send the package to: CalmiPod, Cynamonowa 5, 76-200 Siemianice, Poland.
    4. Keep the proof of shipment until your refund is processed.

    Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving your return or proof of shipment. The return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
  9. Complaints (defective products)
    How to file a complaint:
    1. Email us at info@calmipod.com with your order number, description of the defect, and photos if possible.
    2. Send the product to: CalmiPod, Cynamonowa 5, 76-200 Siemianice, Poland.
    3. We will confirm receipt of the complaint and respond within 14 days.
    If the complaint is justified, we will repair, replace, or refund the product (including shipping costs).

  11. Privacy
    We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
  12. Force Majeure
    CalmiPod is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport interruptions.
  13. Intellectual Property
    All content, images, and text on the Website are property of CalmiPod and may not be copied or used without permission.
  14. Dispute resolution & governing law
    These Terms are governed by Polish law. You may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
